Word in the street is contractors are taking over the car department in Kansas City. Is there any truth to this?

So do the employees get all of their dues back since the union failed to uphold any job protection whatsoever?
TTX is the contractor, but we still have our employees working in that location still. Just wondering how soon will they cut the rest off in that department at Armourdale rip tracks, and TTX fully take over?
