Technology email spoof

Did anyone actually get excited about the fake email that promised old computers would be replaced by clicking on the link to test your system?

Remember if you clicked the link you failed but if your computer is so old your report button doesn’t load or work you also failed. Welcome to the short list. I’ve had technology ask me how I did anything on an old tower before finally getting something new. That was 2 years ago and this one is garbage too.

Yes but in an opposite way.

I was dreading being forced to give up my “old”, reliable device for a “new” one with less functionality, which is what they do. In a panic, I clicked. I was SO relieved to be trapped by fake email.

I think that shows how strange we get when we work here.

I knew it was fake. This is BNY and my PC is barely 15 years old. It's almost new lol.
