IBM is a leader in global transformation - raiding unsuspecting organizations, filling the corporate brass with promises of glee through nothing more than cost cutting exercises from kicking the talent to the curb and replacing with low cost, robotic human drones...the consequences to the customer and local economy be damned.

They are overpaying market for summit hires because they know they won't be able keep up given the ancient hr approach and salary tables. I was told that five year summit retention (after overpaying them, and investing tens of thousands in training) was less than 20%.
