“They” looking into it is like the cat being asked to watch the mouse! Until things leave the company just know you are not playing on an equal playing field! Once it goes outside the scope of our laughable HR dept., things look a lot different! Take care and advocate for yourself....Mondelez does the same for themself!

This would be a good time to have an attorney look into it as well.....just sayin! If it concerns you....the EEOC is a good place to start..

So what did HR say about the job posting on your territory?

Age discrimination is so prevalent! Document everything! Add gender and ease to that as well!!

The EEOC is the place to start! Document everything! Gonna make our exit from dsd interesting!

The “chosen” SA’s are called in to the office for made up jobs, that are never posted, and then promoted to management positions with no experience as an SR. This expecting has only been used on employees under 25, qualified employees in the 40’s and above are never called in and the exception to allow employees to be placed in management, well that’s still not universal! Some SA’s still being told they can’t be promoted until they have experience as a SR! We have plenty of RMS and account managers that never spent time in the SR role!! Pathetic is putting it lightly!! It’s ok, it’s well documented! When $hit hits the fan, it’s gonna spray everywhere! We got an attorney that is all over it! These policies violate the EEOC policies! GS runs his region like it’s his own private company! He puts people where he wants them for good reasons!! Control!

When you do come forward, retaliation is rampant! It’s laughable! id--ts!

It all works itself out!! This is no different

How many vacation reps are on your teams? How long have they been in their positions? Several years is my guess. and how many times have they been passed up for a Sales rep

position? They’re not promoting in the order they’re suppose to or hiring from within anymore. This is getting ridiculous.

HR is worthless! They look for ways to protect management, even when it is so obvious. They bank on the theory that it’s like David vs Goliath! My attorney laughed, they took on businesses far bigger than us and won. Just waiting for the right time! Cannot wait!! They should be ashamed

Because once the announcement is made employees will start quitting. That's why we're still hiring. They need to beef up. Look folks most of us will be here until April 2020. Announcement is coming in late September. They're going to need employees for about 4 to 6 months after the announcement so they're hiring now to get employees trained. You know once the announcement is made employees will be quitting.

Why would they be hiring if they’re letting everyone go ?

We're all going to be let go!!

They're probably just beefing up for when they make the announcement. They're not letting you go yet. They've been hiring lots of pt merchandisers here. Hang in there. I wouldn't worry about going to HR. They will make the announcement on a conference call. You're not being let go until the announcement is made.

Yes, they do that often. If you confront them they will probably act dumb as to how that got posted and say it was meant for somewhere else. That might buy you a little time but my guess is they have you half way kicked out the door already. Time will tell.

Yes, bypass HR and contact a lawyer for some advice and do a little more digging.

How do you know it’s your territory? And I would not put that past them, they have done worse!

And BTW, I’d call your lawyer and bypass HR, that’s a total joke!

Good luck!
