No managers or market managers have brought up the results of the associate engagment survey for this year here in my club. Have they in other clubs? Im guessung the results were pretty bad lol

I asked yesterday
Ours was 15 points lower than last year
She said that's to be expected
I'm not doing an action plan or having meetings
AES, CBLs and the evaluation system are now just a box to check. They have zero effect on salaried pay.
A couple departments in my club all agreed to do the survey, it showed up 1 week before it was to close on the WIRE banner and a day before it was supposed to close some managers asked if we would take it. You know that optional survey. So those departments went in and did straight 1s .
Not brought up in VA either
They won’t bring anything negative to your attention. I can’t believe that any REAL employee had anything good to say about a company that cares less about them or their family! It’s getting really hard to walk into my club every day. Losing more and more everyday. So sad
If my club became a fulfillment center id welcome it. The associates on this site are less than 1% of the workforce at Sams and if you didnt notice on the front of the wire there is 1000's out there that still care and still think they matter.
My club hasn't acknowledged AES results in several yesrs.
AES went down the minit the Polish disappeared. Bring back the gosh darned polish
Didn't hear about AES at my club... I wonder if anyone took the survey.
They saw the results of aes survey and thats when they decided to make everyone a plus memeber...haha. They think we are real dumb.
AES was supposed to change to a quarterly survey instead of a yearly one. In the chaos of purging all the PTC’s who handled these, overloading the managers with the HR work, completely changing the software to Workday....is the survey even helpful at this point?
What do you think the results would look like after years of 2 percent raises, implanting the block scheduling, eliminating overnights causing havoc for a third of the we associates lives, and the obvious plan to change all the clubs to automated online fulfillment centers?
Even if the still do the survey, do you honestly think they’ll try to make things better for the associates or the members they are going to not have in a couple years?
That's a no for Ohio
they didn't bring up ours either .nevada
