The LinkedIn posts of everyone smiling with thumbs up are getting old. Great companies value their employees and actually offer benefits! Visionary companies don't have this: No vision, dental or pr-scrip-ion d--g plan and significant payment for a high deductible medical insurance plan. Also how come the majority of these posts are external to the U.S.? Maybe the majority of your U.S. based workforce has been decimated by a decade of layoffs!

Maybe benefits vary in different parts of the company?
This one has the worst benefits of any company I worked in the past 10 years.
In retrospect I should have seen that as a sign that the company is on its way down and not taken the job.
Vision/dental coverage is available, the cost is no longer shared between Honeywell and the employee as it used to be. For example, I pay $26 per year for vision coverage, you?
i want to know when and how all you guys lost your medical/vision - i've been with HW for nearly 15 years and i still have both, and both are fully affordable.
Nobody should believe that Honeywell benefits are anywhere near the norm for a large Aerospace company. When I left 3 years ago, I moved to a defense company and my medical insurance cost went from ~$8,000 out of pocket to ~$1,000 for almost identical coverage. In those 3 years, Honeywell has eaten away at pay and benefits by increasing unwritten EEI demands from 6% to 15-20%, no longer paying for medical/vision care, cutting back on bonus percentages, moving to an "unlimited" vacation policy to minimize the cost of a departing employee, and changing the 401k payout to an arrears arrangement that also minimizes the cost of a departing employee. Other than a yearly increase in out of pocket costs for medical, all benefits at my current company have been stable.

@ZyiZNRq-1ans you gotta understand that like 90% of the whiners on here are engineers out of the Phoenix area, band 3-4's, and as far as they'e concerned HW is basically hll and even though they hate it with all of their might and refuse to listen to any one else's opinions or statements that may contradict theirs, they will never leave HW. They will instead continue whining on this page for eternity. You're right though - our benefits package (while definitely lessened over the years) is still a pretty dmn good package. There are other big companies across America who are k--ling all of their benefits - no pensions, no 401k match at all, worse medical coverage. No, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, but this place is no worse than anywhere else.
The futureshapers look like zombies.
Band 0 here in Aero. I don't know why you guys complain about the benefits here. Have you actually worked for another company? The benefits here are not that bad. I have Medical, Dental and Vision. plus only a 1500 deductible for myself. Last place i work, the same coverage had a 7k Deductible.
They are running the new branding campaign propaganda on cable tv now
you forget the USA is currently a highly capitalistic nation - not a d*mn one of them cares about you unless you're not costing them any money.
Not all corporations. If these corporations love the outside USA regions, then it is time to kick them out of USA and create new corporations for USA.
Create corporations for USA and throw the old disloyal corporations out of USA
USA For USA!
Welcome to America - corporations across the country are wiping benefits out, it’s the new norm.
