Hearing there is good salary hike across the board. Looks like the company is really doing good and has transformed into the new era. Love to be part of Cisco.

Absolutely true, I got a $10k raise and know of two promotions that just happened in my group. Glad Chuck is getting a clue, I do hope it is not too late.
Plenty of raises in CX... MM knows how to get her way.
Complete BS zero hike for anyone in sales and a 3% pay cut for everybody on SE plans.
