Anyone had their appraisal? What is the % for BE vs. Other ratings?

16 people are laid off in asset servicing today, I am one of them
I heard , few people are laid off today before even doing performance evaluation today.
Blow you? Is that one of the new employee benefits? If so, count me in, I'll stay.
If they give me BE rating again, they can blow me.
My review of myself is all that matters to me.
Expected guidance for the distribution of rating:

Extraordinary and Exceeded Expectations - 15 to 25 percent

Achieved Expectations - 60 to 70 percent

Below Expectations and Unsatisfactory - 10 percent
NE - 25% (NE = no expectations)
BE is 10%. Exceeds is 15-20%.
For what it's worth (I'm no longer a BNY employee), my directive from up above was 20%
