Why would the Prepared Foods lead be cutting meat? That's what the Meat team Lead is for when necessary.
I didn't say they didnt need to know how, I said they shouldn't have to unless someone is on vacation.

Why? Fresh leads are already overpaid as it is. How hard is it to stock deli? That's all my lead does since she can't cut meat.
