UOP needs to get rid of the managers who absolutely suck at being managers - they are a disgrace to the company and it shows a huge lack of intelligence on the part of upper management like directors. Why in the world would a company keep such loser managers? They have no clue how to do anything but shuffle paper around and - go forbid if they could dress appropriately. Half the people who work there will end up with diabetes, heart conditions, etc because they are so over-weight - get a clue UOP.
