Oh Poor Sad Employee- Pick your head up kid, wipe away that tear. There's success waiting out there for you elsewhere. If you're a loyal hardworker as you claim to be, then I'm sure a dozen companies would be eager to hire you. Find your niche. Its obviously not working at a FOR-PROFIT educator where, yes, it is definitely all about student volume. That is what pays or paid your salary. You have to do your part in earning it.
