Interesting opinion 6:42- Why do you think EM's are expendable? Do you really think the directors can coach and train each and every EC like an EM can? Additionally, the EC workforce is primarily Gen-Y f**k-offs so who is going to make sure they aren't spending half their day smoking crack in the bathroom or IM'ing with their friends online? I'm not so sure I see any validity to your point.
