FYI- where is everyone coming up with this "they said no one would be laid off" ??? That was NEVER stated by anyone in a leadership position to make that call. Plus this wasn't a layoff anyway this was a separation due to poor performance. Why must you all perpetuate propaganda? When did you ever hear any of the executive team say that we would stop holding people accountable for their performance?
