Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I get that it is just a sales job and that the Apollo Group is not in the education business but the finance business. They were smart enough to exploit the federal student loan system and the execs are making millions.... Joe D'Amico pulled down over 6 million last year (source; Forbes.com) most of it in stocks. I did not hit my numbers and they canned me last week, boo freakin hoo, shit happens... This is America and they are doing whatever they can to make a buck. Now, speaking of America- the land of opportunity....does anyone know of a lawyer of law firm that is jumping on this? I have documents that basically state that I wasn't selling enough and under my quota, which I am led to believe is a no-no in the private education/student loan scheme that is UOP's bread and butter (and lucrative stock options). I'm not bitter, just pissed I didn't think of it first and make my millions. That doesn't mean I can't still sue my way into some cash and yes I am being serious. I'm not going to sign that bullshit promise not to sue for a few thousand dollars.
