Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I am so SICK of the word games at UPX! Employees are still being given FINAL written warnings because their talk time and/or dials are too low. Yet management won't say how many dials or how much talk time is expected. This is just a way to fire employees managers and directors don't like. What a joke that there are directors and managers that couldn't reapply for his or her own job because they don't have enough education.
