Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

For those at this site who are concerned about their jobs - have faithi I was laid off in November, had an interview for a different position paying $15k more than UPX was paying and I turned down the position because I did not like aspects of the company and I know what I do and don't want in an organization. More companies are interviewing and hiring! As the months pass on, even more shall post jobs, interview, and hire. As far as the hostile environment at UPX, management is weaving its own web. I worked at another company with an intimidating and hostile attitude towards their employees. The problem is this large company experienced a mass exodus of employees who got tired of the poor treatment. Upper management woke up and smelled the coffee then because talking to them did not work. SO UPX, THE ECONOMY IS GETTING BETTER AND WHEN YOUR MASS EXODUS OF EMPLOYEES OCCURS -- WHICH WILL HAPPEN BECAUSE OF YOUR TERRIBLE TREATMENT AND INTIMIDATING AND HOSTILE ATTITUDE -- YOUR MANAGEMENT SHALL BE EVEN WEAKER AND YOUR COMPETITION SHALL BECOME STRONGER. UOP/APOLLO, YOUR DOING A GOOD JOB OF PUTTING THE NAIL IN YOUR OWN COFFIN!!!!
