Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I think you spelled the name wrong - Sperling - not Spurling....do you really work there....? Anyway...the money is being pushed through the new Continuing Education Division so watch how that division either moves in a direction that grows for the 90/10 rule...(which of course everyone over there is on a need to know basis) ....or the division goes bust because only the enrollment counselors who are executives are invited into focus groups. What about the enrollment counselors who get leads from their husbands who work in the same division (and you know who you are,,,,) , or the nepotism that goes on with everyone..or the managers that give leads to only their special favorites...where does that leave the hard working newby who wonders why he can't seem to get ahead of the curve. Then there's the whole manager who doesn't have a clue what P2 is....and doesn't have a clue how to even help the staff progress in that P2 capacity. Get rid of her I say. Get a clue folks....people are watching and people are talking. Get rid of the dead wood.
