Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

It's really sad to see such ugly things written about people. I've worked for CR for almost 5 years now and have seen many of their changes over these years. Not all of them good not all of them bad and not all of them just changed by Jenny Ming. It's awful that all these people were let go at the H/O. But quite frankly when you are coming up with ideas that don't work and you are losing a company money well then you should be fired. I mean reall we had a DM that flew all over just for outlet stores that were not anywhere near were he lived. Guess what he's gone and those outlets are now assigned to the DM's who drive past them everyday and it saved CR money. They trimmed the fat off to help save money and I'm fine with that. I'd they do close stores it's because you cost more to run then what they proffit. So yes you can be up on the quarter but that doesn't mean you are profitable. I hope that they can get everything under controle soon and they don't lose everything but as for me I've had nothing but pleasent experiences while at CR and will stick it out with them.
