Having only worked for fortune 500 companies, I thought a transition to a smaller sized company would open-up opportunities. It's astounding that CCi is still in business. If CCi had to compete in the free market without government backed funds, it wouldn't last through year one. CCi's management team is incompetent, ignores long-term costs, and facilitates an incredibly, unhealthy corporate culture, making it very difficult to execute strategy. I can't even figure-out the company's current strategic position; are they now a premium product with negative brand equity? I made a campaign contribution to Senator Tom Harkin's office as part of my penance for having worked there for a year.
