Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I think it is crazy even thinking about letting more employees on the floor go. When will Upper Management realize there are Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, VPs, Sr. VPs and higher that don't have a clue and collect 6 figure incomes. The problem isn't the EAs, ACs or FAs, it is management. They keep trying to fix the problem but with a company that has so many layers of middle and upper management, come on now. Two Co-CEO's? Really why are they both needed? This organization is too top heavy and has been for many years. Just what I see and my opinion.
