Just reading this makes me happy I don't work for the organization any longer but the untruths that can be told all while hiding behind "anonymous" are ridiculous. Some can be verified, and some can not but be forewarned when reading. Consider entertainment if anything else. While it's true that the company has fallen short of all expectations and hopes, there are areas that still function and are productive. There are or were recently people on the people team that work hard and are honest and committed to the brand. Eileen was one of the best but I heard she got let go. The direction must change for this company to retain any integrity and be able to move forward. It's hard to watch it all go down hill so badly and quickly.
