It is obvious that upper management is nervous and do not know what they are doing. In paranoia because the government keeps investigating them and uncovering their wrongdoings and exposing the truth to the public, they are swapping out the employees who know the truth about the company. THEY WANT TO GET RID OF EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY A WHILE AND WHO COULD SUE THEM, HURTING THE COMPANY WITH PROOF OF WRONGDOING. FOR THAT REASON, THEY ARE TERMINATING EMPLOYEES ACROSS THE COUNTRY WHO UNDERSTAND HOW DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, AND UNTRUSTWORTHY THE MANAGEMENT OPERATES. They want to employ individuals who "more desperate for work and foolish enougth to believe in the lies that management tells, blindly."
Why else would they engage in this massive "SWAP OUT" of employees across the country and "guise" it as a restructuring. THEY ARE NOT FOOLING ANYONE!!! As a matter of fact, I went on an interview at a college and the management compared their institution to UOP - stating how Phoenix is "turning their operation upside down and inside out" because they were "doing things" that were not in compliance with educational rules.
The truth about UOP and their "ugly" ways is out!! Univesity of Phoenix, you look "UGLY" to outsiders. As a matter of fact. You look so ugly, instead of being beat by an ugly stick - you have been raped by an "UGLY VILLAGE!"
