Was recently turned on to this site. I'm previously with both CR and Old Navy and personally saw Jenny Ming drive ON and CR into near extinction. Jenny Ming and all of her Sr. VP's she brought in we're all forced out because they all screwed up. Jenny Ming is not all that. At Old Navy, she just executed Mickey Drexler's (Former CEO of Gap, Inc.) vision. She knows it and all insiders in the industry knows it too. Advent really didn't do their homework when they brought her on. IF CR survives and succeeds, it will be after she leaves. If anyone from CR is still miserable and suffering, do yourself a favor and find something else. There are jobs out there with better Companies and treat their people with much more respect.
