If I have to hear one more “People” person tell me how hard they work! I mean, how hard is it to replace CR with Old Navy on a document? Maybe with that free time, they could actually return our calls or get back to us on urgent matters. I have never worked at a company where an entire team can turn off their phone and email “because they are in a meeting”. This is not an hour; this is days at a time. Oh, and you can’t leave a message, because the mail box is full. Email, nope, out of office reply. Then, when you finally get the call, they can’t make a decision, they ask, “What do you think”? I understand making people think for them selves, but this is because they have no idea what to do. Oh, and if you are handling through email, it will require at least 15 to get to an end results. BTW, they were no better at Old Navy, that’s why there let them go…. See the trend Advent????
