We have the right product, but the field has no clue how to sell it. I agree that the field lacks motivation and is not educated in fashion so they do not know how to match outfits to sell multiple products. We can pick the right merchandise, but it will never sell with the current people in the field. We need to change the field team. Old Navy was successful, so why does everyone pick on Old Navy. You should focus on the failures, that is the field team.
