Hey anonymous "field"- The attendance policy will help and support the SM's NOT add work load. If you aren't checking schedules already and time and attendance then you are lazy. I would hate to have a manager like you on my team- "poor me-gloom and doom" when in actuality it empowers the managers to keep productive people and act quickly on those who aren't. Other companies do this and some want to and will be soon. Thank you Charlotte Russe for giving us the tools to actually act on a poor performers!!!
