First of all, management has stressed that enrollment representatives are not "sales people" but they are advisors helping individuals to obtain educational goals at their school of choice.

Even more, you must have your head "Buried In The Sand" if you do not look at the extremely high turnover rate in this organization. The high turnover rate is reflective of a problem that is rampant throughout this organization and it reflects a NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT EXIST or the WRONG CLIMATE PREVAILS. I was talking to relatives and friends about companies that are laying off or people that are leaving organizations during this recession. ALL OF THESE INDIVIDUALS NOTED THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO LEAVE A JOB OR PERFORM BADLY SO THAT THEY COULD BE TERMINATED KNOWING THE DIFFICULTY IT IS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. Unlike you, these individuals have been at their jobs atleast 10 years - not 7.
