Who runs the People Department? That depends who you ask. Does it matter? All except for 2 (San Diego) in the department are from Old Navy. The 2 Directors, Robert and Don are X's. Nobody actually knows what exactly they (the people team) contribute to the company, as EVERYTHING they role out is past Old Navy cut & paste. The actual “Head of People” is Debbie, who work’s from home in Kansas, how central is that? Check out the CCR FB for pics of them after too many cocktails. Probably on the company dime…..
