I agree with corporate go back and ask the field! At least the seasoned CR SMs who've been around when it worked. My first black Friday five years ago at Charlotte we did close to $400000 hmmm wonder why oh yeah we had oh I don't know sweaters, gifts, loungewear. Not to mention a VSD that looked good that would help set up success. Come on has anyone looked at page 21 and said oh I'd wear that? Please HO help us out.
