The company is running so lean because they ran out of money paying to have Jenny move the company to San Francisco, hire her friends, give them undeserving salaries and let idiots travel and party. Then the stores and companies financial performance suffer because we can not have enough people working in the stores to control LP. I saw Anne S get so fed up with the bull shit that was going on and leave, and goood for her because they probably would have put the blame on her even though they slashed her budget. CR is basically Jenny's personal toy/piggy bank where she uses it for personal benefit and to take care of her friends. Her ethics trickle down to her overpaid friends in the VP position and to the People department that is not qualified for the jobs they hold.
