Our volume was 1.6 million and over 6500 squar feet. It's not about making excuses and it's not always easy but the bottom line was we focused on sales and worked as a team. Our sales went up significantly and our shrink stayed low. I'm not a liar, idiot or full of shit. I have spoken many of times to my peers about how to do this successfully and everyone turns a deaf ear. Say what you may but we did do it and we as a team are very proud.
