Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

It goes both ways... Jenny Ming got too involved with running the details of the business by forcing some merchants to make purchases they were not comfortable with, and that caused most of the product line to suffer badly, we then lost our customer and have been trying to get her back by discounting the merchandise. In order to make up for the lower margins, we cut our corporate expenses and got some rent relief. The rent relief is not permanent, and Jenny only protects her own people, so most employees are miserable because they know when they are fired they only get a 1 week severance (per year of employment) based on what our past fired coworkers received. There are a lot of disgruntled current employees posting on here. They definitely feel lied to, and mistreated. Jenny made tons of mistakes, so did her executive team, but they will never admit to anything. They live in a fantasy land of lies. Its sad to see Jenny and her team fail so badly.
