35k for an instructor, wow! Here it is a flat 17k per year. There are only perhaps 2 full time day instructors, the rest are part time only. We are responsible to do 1st hour calls on absent students, and are responsible for all drops regardless of circumstances, if a student dies (and this actually happened), it is a drop, it affects your attrition, and you can be terminated. Oh well it's CCI what do you expect.
