The students I have had just need to be encouraged to believe in them self. Everest does a good job on knocking these students down, and making them believe Everest is their only choice. Everest does not want any instructor to encourage students to think out side the box. They want the student dependent on them, to think of them as their saving grace, the only one who would give them a chance. Pure BS! Some eventually figure it out, and leave.
