I'm a field person and I'm highly insulted by your comments! When did this become about corporate vs the field! Because you don't want to go there!!
First of all without the field you have no job! And on countless occasions corporate calls the field for advice and input because your fat asses won't get up out of your dungeon offices with no windows and cement floors to see what the reality of the field is! Let's no recap the countless promo errors or communications that have mis spellings in them? how many task forces did this company put together that are 95% field employees that need to tell YOU what you are not doing right and what you should be doing! How about running promos that there is no signage for! Or that arrives three days after we started the promotion! I could go on and on and on. And how often do you make this "bonus" last I heard you only made it one time last year!
