I believe alot of the students who attend have no clue what they are getting into, perhaps it is because they get so much sunshine blown up their rectum and are rushed into their program with all of the hype, glitter and glory. Most that enter are looking for that quick program, heck why go to a college when you can be done in a flash and you don’t even really have to pass your classes, especially if you’re an ATB student.
I believe instructors vary from state to state and institution to institution, where I work, unfortunately the management is uneducated for the most part, and promote a drama queen back stabbing environment. It is clearly a case of mice guarding the cheese here. Good instructors either get fed up and leave or are eventually fired. You figure out their unethical practices, you don’t go along with their lies, etc. your gone in a flash; however there is saving grace here. The less educated you are, the more vulnerable, and the more you lick their butts, your good to go, and you will teach there forever (where else would you go).
Treat staff like shi, you have that so wrong last poster, I believe they treat shi better.
For those instructors that are still employed, remember if you go along with the unethical and illegal ways you are just as guilty as they are, criminals will generally look for a partner in crime. Turning you head to hang on to a job does not excuse you.
