Go to FAFSA online and you will see only a drug conviction, which is less than 2 year old, will prevent eligibility for a loan. No mention of any other convictions preventing eligibility. Nor is there mention of eligibility to repay a loan. So a person who has a years long history of never paying their bills might still be able to obtain a studen loan. Bear in mind this is not CCIs policy. It is the federal government's policy.
