Electronics Technology at Milpitas and Honolulu may be taught out due to low enrollment along with the unwillingness of administration to buy new equiptment for the program.
For those saying where is the news of layoffs, usually said layoffs occur through natural attrition with people quitting. Heald is considered a glorified throw away job and as pointed out it certainly beats not working assuming you are ineligible for unemployment.
