The poster probably wanted to say 'potential layoff targets' - scanned the list it looks like all of the schools listed are for-profit schools - I guess the poster infers that all for-profit outfits are in trouble (I randomly landed here and I have no experience in this industry segment - granted I am aware of some of the issues with grants and kind of understand how they affect for-profit schools - with this in mind, I'd venture to say the list is accurate...)
