One things the sales personnel always seem to forget is that the faculty produce the income. You are selling our services, and without us, you're useless. We could do your jobs, but very few of you could do ours, or are even qualified to do ours. That why sales is a revolving door (as is clear from the pi$$ed off comments from all the "laid off" sales staff on this board) but the core faculty (especially online) have been around for ten years or more.
