I've been at CR for many years and have had the privilege of working with both Roger and Bill. I've never had an issue or problem from either one. In fact I love them both. They do however have different methods, different approaches and different personalities. But don't we all??? Bill is my current RLM and has been for years now, he has never been harsh, mean or unkind to me or my team. I believe it is because we follow policy and procedures and make up no excuses. So I guess this if you have a issue with Bill (or Bill has a problem with you) ask yourself is it because you or your team are not doing the right thing and are you making up excuses?
I respect you Bill and have no problem with you, I don't want to see you go anywhere.
