I love how they're delaying any Ushare or Market Increase until after yearly reviews are done. Sounds like they want to eliminate any employee that doesn't receive a favorable review so they don't have to pay them these extra benefits. More heads will be rolling, especially managers and directors. I doubt anybody from Academics, Finance or Enrollment will be affected as an entry level employee since the HUGE attrition that's going on there. A lot of teams have only 6 EC's for every Manager and Directors only have 3-4 teams to cover. With the Stock price down over 50% YTD and declining enrollments, you know the CEO's are nervous and need an answer for Wall Street on a Gameplan.
