I hope the non profit school you work for doesn't find out you work for the competition. Because when they find out you broke the Conflict of interest rule your days at a real school are over. Please read your HR hire book. I know you never read Conflict of interest rule. It states you must report any other employment. Working For a profit school is a conflict sir.
