The layoffs have been planned for Neuromodulation. St. Jude corporate is blaming ObamaCare, but the division reorganization has been in process for years with layoffs in Texas. Note that the Plano division has been under a warning letter for years. The goal is to consolidate and shift to the California. At least they have a reputation for getting the job done.
