No more quotas and bonuses for Admissions so squeeze them hard and if numbers low just let them go. New plan for keeping those who do enter from dropping out. Give quotas to instructors to keep them there. If students leave instructors beware. Brand new blame is the game. Any student who doesn't stay blame the instructor that very day. I guess it all is the instructors' fault. So soon she must go. Hire new and cut your expense. Interesting who gets blamed in the education game. Oh yeah education. :)
