My wife is an instructor. She just found out she is no longer an Instructor II
but now is a Faculty II. She asked her dean an was told that's a new and better classification. Great but no one can tell her why it is better or how she earned it or what she is entitled to. Okay no more Instructor I, II or III but Faculty I, II or III. ANYBODY - can you please explain the deferences or benefits!!! Please!
