Heald is a real school. The sales reps probably didn't realize that, and no doubt that was part of the problem.
Most Heald professors teach because we like to teach. We are successful professionals who earn more money than Heald sales reps without the risk of losing our jobs. Again, the sales reps have no idea who the professors are, and that is part of the problem.
What happened at Penn State brought down the President of the University and other high-ranking officials because of the culture that permeated the university. It was not a football issue. It was a culture issue. That's the perspective that certain misinformed contributors to this site need to get.
