If you are full time Heald faculty with benefits then you might want to just keep your job until the end. Faculty positions in California are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to come by right now. The community colleges are NOT hiring almost ANYBODY. One thing is for sure your replacement(s) will be throw away disposable adjunct faculty. If you take instruction seriously then you can't do any damage to your students and you might actually be helping them out.
