I'm leaving Gen Ed after 3+ yrs. My concerns were initially about students, but I gave them as much attention as students I also teach at a 4-yr. Not everyone does, though, I'm sure. My thought is that they're working to eliminate f/t faculty in favor of adjuncts: easier to control and no pesky benefits!
