People seriously - so many rumors/lies/guesses on this site. Everything from people saying they knew what the market adjustment would be (everything from 2-5% was posted to people saying there would be zero adjustment and they had that confirmed. Can;t you see people are coming on here and just writing nonsense just to stir things up. If you hate the company, quit. If you like it, then do your job. This site does nothing but speculate and spread rumors. I foudn this from a random google search today and can't believe anyone takes this seriously. It's a bunch of gossip by angry former employees who probably deserved to get fired, competitors, and people just starting trouble.
